Umm Cookies!!

Some fun Cookie Monster Cupcakes.  Those of you that attended my Halloween Cupcake Workshop may remember the grass tip we used for the ghost cupcakes.  This uses the same tip, you just pull it out a bit longer to the look of hair.

I was informed that Sesame Street no longer has a cookie monster. His name is now Veggie Monster as cookies promote an unhealthy lifestyle. How sad is that?
